Moon Palace, also known as the Guanghan Palace(广寒宫）, is a legendary place in Chinese mythology, located on the moon. It is inhabited by Chang'e(嫦娥）, the moon goddess. Originally, Chang'e was the wife of the archer Hou Yi. After stealing and consuming an elixir of immortality given by the Queen Mother of the West, Chang'e ascended to the moon and took residence in Moon Palace. Her only companions there are a jade rabbit and Wu Gang, who eternally chops down a self-healing laurel tree. Chang'e's life in the Moon Palace is marked by solitude, as she gazes longingly at Earth, missing her life and loved ones. This story conveys deep sentiments of longing for familial bonds and the human desire for immortality, while also symbolizing the purity and loneliness of the moon.

The quality, artwork, and attention to detail is exquisite. I've completed three palaces and I'm absolutely hooked. They include instruction books with enough pictures that I was able to complete the kit easily even though the primary language wasn't in English. Each piece is a work of art and the quality of the materials is excellent. All palaces I've built have come with lights and two out of three came with its own stand. Just read the descriptions for details. For a fun experience that ends in a beautiful piece that you'll be happy to look at time and time again, you can't go wrong with the store.
Such a joy to make these this one is particularly very high quality and lows of attention to detail, if you love building little models like this you'll love this, this one even comes with lights it's awesome I'm very happy, easy to learn as well just don't bend the pieces too many times
I truly enjoyed building these Model projects. Their details are amazing. I'm always proud to show off my collection. I have to add that their customer service is A+. Every time I have a question, I'll get an immediate and helpful reply. And as a plus in several of the kits I ordered I received little bonus gifts. The fully built model is really cool looking. It was very time consuming and some parts are really challenging but thats part of the fun.
