The complex and elaborate process of making cloisonné involves 108 steps, including creating the base, wire inlay, welding, enamel filling, firing, polishing, and gold plating. This craft combines techniques from bronze work and ceramics, integrating painting and engraving skills, making it a comprehensive representation of traditional Chinese craftsmanship.

Design Concept

The designer creates patterns of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, phoenixes, etc., based on the shape and size of the cloisonné wires, imbuing each piece with auspicious and beautiful meanings. Each bangle is individually designed with unique patterns and hand-painted colors, making every piece distinct and special.
