They include instruction books with enough pictures that I was able to complete the kit easily even though the primary language wasn't in English. Each piece is a work of art and the quality of the materials is excellent. All palaces I've built have come with lights and two out of three came with its own stand. Just read the descriptions for details. For a fun experience that ends in a beautiful piece that you'll be happy to look at time and time again, you can't go wrong with the store.
